  • Not one person has the same body so not one person should have the same workout. I design customized exercise programs based on a client’s goals, orthopedic history, personal enjoyment, and safety. These programs focus on progressive overload within a targeted rep range. These programs are organized into different training blocks usually consisting of 4-12 weeks of focused work.

  • No. I will help you build a proper food portfolio picking foods you enjoy and meals you can eat sustainably for long periods of time. I will help educate you on ideal food selection, macro and micronutrients, and caloric intake methodology

  • As many as you can. You and I will go over your weekly schedule and design a program that optimizes your time efficiently and effectively by choosing the right exercises with the right amount of volume and intensity.

  • No. I have an abundance of experience working with clients of all ages. I have consistently operated and fulfilled exercise programs for clients in their teens, 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Yes, I have worked with multiple clients in their 90s and have seen incredible results.

  • That’s perfectly fine. I will send you exercise tutorials teaching you how to perform and execute the movements I prescribe to you. You are also welcome to send in videos of yourself if you would like your form and technique to be evaluated and critiqued.

  • No, you do not. Programs are designed based on what you have access to. Whether that be dumbbells, barbells, machines, bands, commercial gyms, apartment gyms, yoga blocks, kettlebells, or nothing at all. I will design a weekly exercise routine that is sustainable and achievable for you based upon the resources and equipment you have access to.

  • Yes. I design general population exercise programs for people who have no limitations who are seeking to build muscle, lose fat and continue to improve their overall health.
