About Us

I design and execute rehabilitative and restorative exercise programs for people suffering from chronic disease, complex medical conditions, severe orthopedic issues, cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, as well as any other disabilities one might encounter throughout the entirety of the human lifespan. The Symmetrical Strength Society utilizes scientific, evidence based training techniques in all exercise programs that are precisely adapted and intended to enhance the complete strength profile for people of all ages and conditions. The strength portfolio features key elements of fundamental fitness that often get neglected and go unsupervised leading to further muscular imbalances and performance decline.

Our Focus

Our focus at the Symmetrical Strength Society is to create equilibrium among the fundamental aspects that comprise a successful fitness regimen, which includes a heightened commitment to strength and resistance training as well as systematic approach to cardiovascular conditioning and performance to boost energy and cultivate cardiovascular longevity. Reinforcing proper biomechanics and posture contributes to developing favorable balance responsiveness and power reducing the risk of fall and preventing debilitating injury.
